Have you used all of your dental insurance benefits in 2017? If not, don’t worry – there’s still time!
A lot of dental plans run on a yearly cycle so using them before December 31 can have great benefits for your smile and your wallet. Others may run on a fiscal calendar so it’s important to know which one yours runs on.
At HomeTown Dental, we accept most types of dental insurance and are happy to assist you with any questions you might have. All insurance information is verified for you before your visit, and our helpful staff can easily tell you what insurance carriers we accept when you call any of our nine North Texas locations.
How To Use Your Dental Insurance
Using your insurance at HomeTown Dental is easy and most routine dental visits are covered. Dental work like bi-annual checkup or teeth cleaning are typically fully covered so you have nothing to lose. Other visits that require more in-depth treatment like root canals, fillings, bridges or crowns are partially covered so you don’t have to pay it all out-of-pocket.
Why It’s Important to Use Dental Insurance Before 2018
Once the new year rolls in, prices in dental services will typically rise industry-wide. One major benefit of using your dental benefits now is prevention, which can help ease the cost before a dental problem worsens. Additionally, a lot of plans come with a yearly maximum, typically $1,000. If you don’t use all of it, they’re gone and will not rollover into the new year.
What If I Don’t Have Insurance?
If you currently don’t have an insurance provider, you’re eligible to participate in our HomeTown Dental Plan! For just $30 every six months, you can receive up to 50% off on your next trip to your North Texas dentist.
